How does installation work?
Once you contact us and confirm your address is in our coverage area, our local team visits to run the fiber cable to your home or office and install a media-converter or ONT (Optical Network Terminal). We aim to complete most installations quickly — timelines depend on site conditions and cable routing. We will give you a clear estimate when we survey your location.
Which areas do you cover?
